Job Responsibilities
In the Retail Manager position, you will be responsible for providing direct leadership for the operational, marketing, team development, customer growth, and retention for the wireless phone center. You will oversee the staffing, training, development, and supervision of approximately 1-2 sales associates. 
Key responsibilities include:

  • Attaining sales targets for new activation's, upgrades, and accessories 
  • Providing coaching through periodic performance reviews
  • Overseeing inventory management controls
  • Completing periodic inventory counts and compliance audits
  • Generating sales through non-traditional prospecting methods
  • Implementing company safety programs and ensuring that programs are in place 
  • Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of wireless promotions, products, and service
  • Maintaining an awareness of competitor products and services

Base Pay + Commission + Monthly Bonus Commission

Job Requirements

As a Retail Manager you must be able to develop and maintain a positive working relationship with your General Manager, other tenants, and staff members. We are seeking a strong leader who is able to lead by example while working alongside team members. You must be able to create a friendly and fun work place for all to enjoy. Qualified candidates should possess marketing skills and the know-how to develop daily sales volume.
Other requirements of the Retail Manager role include:

    • Four years of Wireless Management experience
    • Seven years wireless / telecommunications experience
    • Ability to regularly work an energetic 50 hour work-week
    • Flexibility to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends
    • Must meet the requirements for the needed physical tasks
    • High school diploma or equivalent certification
    • Bachelors Degree is a plus
    • Have a valid driver's licenses
