Job Description

The TQM provides the vital support to the General Manager in the leadership for the technical quality of the work in the bays for the Truck Service Profit Center. This includes assigning and auditing work, managing workflow, staging work, procedural reviews, manage wait times, and facilitating work order process quality, customer interface, training, development, and warranty costs control to maximize the Truck Service Department’s profitability by building and maintaining a strong loyal customer base within company policies. The Technical Quality Manager is responsible for the quality of the work performed by technicians.
